Slideshare.net is being known as the best place and world's largest community for sharing your presentations to the world.
You can basically do the following important things:
- upload your presentations (ppt, pdf, pps, pot, odp, keynote) and share with others
- find/download interesting presentations
- embed them into blogs or websites
- create a slidecast by linking your slides with audio
How could it help to my marketing endeavor?
For me it's quite an easy diversion from creating videos to plainly creating or using an existing powerpoint presentations for instance that dramatically mimic nearly the same impact from video marketing.
This would then serve as an effective marketing tool that would most probably viewed by the dramatically increasing number of slidesare members or visitors.
